Our Saturday in Pictures

Cailin got to wear her new jammies she got from Grampy and Pammy. She and Bailey are never far apart, even when Cailin is brushing her teeth.Hanging out in daddy's new pickup is really fun. Cailin can turn up the music, change channels and even start/shut off the key. She's been asking to play in the pickup every time she walks by it. She prefers you to put her in the drivers seat, and shut the door. You can look in the window, but no touchy the buttons. That's her job.We had a lot of fun playing outside with both the old stroller and the new stroller. Cailin isn't too sure about the new one; she prefers to walk behind it, helping to push it rather than riding inside. However, she climbs right in the old stroller and rides no problem.
The new pickup all washed up and shiny. Ryan loves it. Well, we all do; it's a very nice truck.
Ah, yes. The infamous garbage cans. Every Friday, Cailin gets very excited to watch the garbage truck come and lift the cans and dump the contents out. However, she gets upset the garbage cans are left on the street afterwards. One time she stood in the front window and told me about the "gopbies" and actually shed some tears over them. I had no idea what she was trying to tell me - until we went for a walk later that day and she pointed out what "gopbies" were. She then helped me roll our can back into its spot beside the house and everything was once again right in the world. Here she is feeling indignant about the neighbors' abandoned can (it was only out for 24hrs):
It was a pretty cold day, but we did manage to play outside a bit here and there. We took our new double stroller for a walk (much complaining from the peanut gallery when forced to ride) and played in the new truck. Cailin must be dragged inside kicking and screaming every time we go in. I'm really hoping for some nicer weather soon so we can have a decent amount of time outside to play (and wear the energizer bunny right out).
